Currently managing multiple (3) full stack software teams building next-gen applications for Exabeams cloud-native Security Operations Platform - New-Scale SIEM™ My primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Product owner from an engineering side providing input in strategic technical decisions & solutions to team of SWEs, Sr. SWEs, tech leads designing new applications, features & enhancements. Collaborate with architects, product managers, UX to define roadmaps, identify & set delivery schedules in accordance with organizational roadmaps. Planning timely delivery for software products within schedule and budget constraints using agile principles - sprint planning, feature backlog grooming, story generation, retrospective. People management activities including resource planning - hiring full time/contract partners, setting & monitoring annual performance plans, mentoring, coaching & career development. Work closely with & assist SRE/Ops/FinOps teams by incorporating best practices for observability, alerting, incident management & COGs during initial app design. Proactively identifying opportunities, set standards for processes, tools & improvements that contribute to organizational efficiency. Have initiated and run multiple such initiatives.
