Névine has worked collaboratively with medical and trade associations, regulatory bodies and academia to enhance the value of quantitative sciences in topics such as bioequivalence, registries, data consortia and more.    NMD Group LLC is a consulting firm focused on leveraging data and analytics to the fullest, helping leaders navigate new ways of generating evidence in healthcare research. The firm’s goal is to achieve our clients’ ambition, with the utmost attention to scientific credibility. As founder, I help clients- Set strategic direction for their organizations’ biometrics and data science groups, aligning to the wider context. I offer practical advice for implementation of these strategies- Build expertise to enhance decision-making at all levels: trial design, drug development, portfolio management, characterizing the value of medicines to a variety of stakeholders, policy setting etc- Identify which data sources, analytical techniques and approaches are best suited to address a specific challenge with particular attention to competitive and pre-competitive considerations as well as data sharing and privacy imperatives- Develop plans to recruit, train, organize and retain data scientists who understand business needs and uncover new business opportunities.In addition, as a service to the community, I offer statistical expertise for Data Monitoring Committees for clinical trials. I am passionate about connecting stakeholders - in particular patients and those who serve them - starting by translating complex statistical concepts for lay audiences.
