I am a Tax Partner based in Belfast. I have extensive experience in advising on transactions and structuring in a variety of commercial sectors, advising clients of all sizes from owner-managed businesses to listed companies.My experience includes advising on group reorganisations, tax restructuring, tax due diligence cross border tax structuring, renewable energy / infrastructure assets, complex business reorganisations, transaction tax and private equity and the acquisitions and disposals of assets.Additionally I spent a year on secondment to EY’s London office and worked within a corporate tax advisory and transaction tax role. I am a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor and have an MA in mathematics from Cambridge University.
