ABOUT NEVILLE FLEMING

Neville Fleming is a high energy, fiscally conscious and goal driven individual for helping people achieve their dreams. Neville approaches each new business challenge with his flair for vision, creative problem-solving, builds relationships, trust and rapport to consistently drive bottom line improvements and shareholders returns. Leveraging his qualifications covering operations and project and general management core competencies, Neville proved his flexibility in responding to changing market conditions and the ability to wear many hats in the effort to meet and exceed corporate goals and challenges. Throughout his career, Neville has had the opportunity to establish a strong network of contacts in small and large companies that include real estate, telecommunications and software organization. The scope of his experience has spanned all aspects of sales, marketing, operations administration and team building. Neville thrives having a healthy balance between work, family and friends, playing hockey, volunteering and connecting with people in his community. Neville has a diploma in Human Resources and Marketing from St. Lawrence College and is currently working towards his Project Management Professional certificate through the Project Management Institute.
