In my current role at Virgin Media 02 I perform my role in a similar fashion to in my previous assignment at Virgin Media, working within the same department as a Partner/Supplier Manager. On this occasion I am working within the PS (Professional Services) side of the team and have gained some valuable experience. In the main, I normally look after BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) contracts providing products and services (wrap around/End 2 End) rather than engagements at the individual resources level. Within the role I manage two large PS providers who supply services in various areas including applications support, data management, solution design and PMO (Project Management Office) capabilities.
