Served as lead paralegal, coordinating efforts across a remote team of paralegals, numerous attorneys and vendors. Assisted with all aspects of trial prep, discovery obligations, document management and exhibit preparation for more than 50 depositions.As part of the firm’s commercial litigation group, I routinely manage multiple databases, coordinate record collection and document review projects, track all incoming and outgoing documents, and conduct background research and due diligence screenings. I implement data management strategies to streamline document review and productions, support legal research and drafting of pleadings and discovery, and ensure consistency across multiple active matters.
