A passionate supply chain management professional with experience in a highly matrixed global Supply Chain. Offers strengths in strategic planning & execution as well as business analytics focusing on driving business process improvement efforts that are designed to simplify and optimize the planning and production processes while leveraging systems, automation and other solutions as needed- In the simplest terms, I firmly believe that there is an answer and solution to every challenge. I consistently meet commitments and tight timelines with integrity and without compromising quality. I also excel in analytics, process mapping, identifying root causes of issues, and translating complex processes into clear, understandable, and actionable insights. I am known as being “The Intrigue”; the person who gives positive spirit to teams. This along with analytical and planning skills, resilience, and collaboration, which are the main ingredients to get things done and to achieve goals. Among many accomplishments, I am proud to serve as the business lead for the development and design of various reporting tools and initiatives that drive visual performance dashboard implementation and metric rationalization thereby supporting supply chain business process improvements and efficiencies. Working at Sanofi Pasteur, Becton and Dickinson, Teva, Rhein Minapharm has allowed me to gain hands-on End to End Supply Chain experience starting from Demand Management Strategic Sourcing Materials Management Production Planning and Scheduling Inventory Management Logistics and Transportation and up to Shipping, Distribution and network optimization and space utilization. I am currently looking for that next position that will allow me to continue to achieve business goals and to focus on collaboration to improve speed and accuracy to deliver products.
