About Nevan Dsouza
Hi there, I’m Nevan D’Souza. My focus is simple: creating technology people can trust. For me, that means combining strong engineering with security from the start - designing systems that work at scale, but also stand resilient against real-world threats.I’ve built a foundation in software engineering through projects with Python, Go, full-stack frameworks, and SQL, but my main focus is on cloud infrastructure and security. That includes working with AWS and Azure services like KMS, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, and Key Vault, and using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines to provision secure environments as code. I’ve also explored Kubernetes security - RBAC policy design, admission controllers, secrets management, and image scanning along with threat modeling and zero-trust principles to strengthen system design.What drives me most is curiosity. I like learning how things work, breaking them apart, and figuring out how to make them stronger. I want to keep expanding my skill set - whether that’s mastering a new security tool, diving deeper into cloud architecture, or tackling challenges that force me to think differently.My goal is to grow into a Cloud Security Engineer who not only builds secure environments, but automates them, anticipates risks before they surface, and ensures that critical systems remain dependable at scale.
