With a reputation for bringing clarity to individuals and to organizations, clients call me \"a consummate coach”, with equal abilities as a one-on-one trusted advisor for people at all levels of organizational life, and as a dynamic seminar facilitator—having led over 1200 full-day sessions to date. I maintain a private Career and Executive coaching practice; deliver executive coaching through AceUP, and consult in Leadership Development program design and delivery for large organizations.Partnering with over 100 major corporations, universities and non-profits to shape their enterprise-wide career and development programs has been a great privilege. Coaching and advising over managers, IC\'s and HR professionals in solving knotty development problems has provided both the opportunity to drive the impact of large-scale work, and informs the transformations that happen through one-on-one advising and executive coaching.We are deep into an unfathomable change in the world of work and employment.
