After learning about the mission of Harlem Children’s Zone and its visionary founder Geoffrey Canada 15 years ago, I vowed to apply if I ever returned to NYC. Now, I’m proud to teach every Saturday in the Three-Year-Old Journey program as part of Baby College. The students are joyful, the team is inspiring, and the mission continues to move me.
