In 2023, named CEO of a venture-backed technology company, which I built from zero to market with a team that chose to follow her before compensation structures even existed, generating $500K in revenue within 60 days of launch. Fast forward to 2026, I relaunched HIC, a leadership performance firm, expanding our ability to support organizations, leaders, teams resulting in healthy high-performing teams. In addition, I serve as a columnist for Inc.com and a business professor, where I teach a graduate-level sports management course at the University of Rhode Island.
