I’m a psychology undergraduate with an IB Diploma background, passionate about understanding the human mind and supporting mental health. Through the IB program, I developed strong skills in critical thinking, academic research, and time management — all of which laid the foundation for my current studies in psychology.I’m especially interested in how emotional intelligence, behavior, and cognitive patterns shape personal well-being and relationships. Whether through coursework, research projects, or volunteering, I’m committed to learning how to make a real difference in people’s lives.My strengths include active listening, teamwork, and cross-cultural awareness — all essential for anyone pursuing a future in therapy, counseling, or applied psychology. I’m currently deepening my understanding of topics like mental health disorders, cognitive processes, and practical approaches to psychological care.I’m always open to connecting with others in the fields of psychology, education, or wellness — whether for internships, research collaborations, or shared learning.
