My life’s work is to bridge the gap between talent and the companies that need them. In I launched netPolarity with the vision of a new kind of staffing firm, built for all economic conditions, and most importantly, recession-proof. Around the same time, something else was happening in the staffing industry - VMS and MSP. Traditional staffing firms were slow to embrace this emerging trend and many struggled to perform in this new marketplace. We recognized VMS and MSP programs as our opportunities to shine. Our formative years were spent addressing key pain points: how do you deliver talent at lightning fast speeds and competitive rates without sacrificing quality? And most importantly, once you have the business, how do you meet the large volume demands of a large enterprise staffing program? As companies tightened staffing budgets during the Dot Com Bust and with increased regulatory oversight in the use of contingent workers, VMS and MSP became more popular. Our first VMS client was headquartered on the opposite coast with 100 other locations nationwide. We outperformed even our competitors with local presence from our headquarters in California. It was a very encouraging and motivating validation of our VMS-centric processes. From one program we got added to another, then another, and another. We grew purely by word-of-mouth. Today, netPolarity is the supplier of choice for over 50 MSP and VMS programs in key Fortune accounts nationwide. We’ve been named multiple times in the Top 50 Fastest Growing Asian-American Businesses as well as the Inc 500 | List of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies. Our partnership approach to VMS and MSP allows us to focus on delivery rather than selling. As the first VMS-optimized staffing firm, we are uniquely positioned to deliver additional value as a partner, help our clients optimize their supply base, establish program best practices, and provide market intelligence and training support.
