ABOUT NETANYA RINCHERE

I am a driven Accounting and Finance major at Nova Southeastern University, graduating in May 2027, with a strong passion for financial analysis, leadership, and continuous learning.Currently, I serve as a Financial Assistant at NSU Facilities Management, supporting budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis to enhance operational efficiency across university departments. This role has strengthened my analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills within a professional finance environment.On campus, I hold multiple leadership roles — serving as President of both the Financial Management Association (FMA) and Beta Alpha Psi (BAP), as well as Treasurer and Marketing Chair of the Haitian Student Association (HSA). Through these positions, I focus on empowering students, managing budgets, organizing professional development events, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative community.Since 2018, I have also been an active member of DECA, earning 1st Place in Corporate Finance at the 2024 Florida Collegiate DECA Conference. This experience has enhanced my strategic decision-making, communication, and presentation skills in competitive business settings.I’m passionate about pursuing a career in commercial banking, wealth management, or financial analysis, and I’m always eager to connect with professionals and peers who share a commitment to growth, innovation, and financial excellence.Let’s connect!
