I am currently pursuing my MBA at the University of Arizona Global Campus with a general business focus while working full time. My graduate studies are enhancing my strategic thinking and operational capabilities, enabling me to deliver stronger business outcomes in my current role.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Human Resources from CSU Stanislaus (2013). My professional experience spans more than a decade in operations, maintenance, and leadership roles within the wine industry. I currently serve as Operations Manager at Gallo’s Livingston Winery and have also held leadership positions at Gallo’s Fresno Winery and Modesto Bottling, overseeing production and maintenance operations. Earlier in my career, I gained valuable experience at Foster Farms as a Safety Intern and Production Supervisor.I am certified as a Lean Six Sigma Lean Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with a strong focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, and team development.
