I rejoined Deloitte after several years at Hopper, where I led a full-scale transformation of the Finance function. A key part of that journey was building an analytical finance team with deep data expertise, including a dedicated data engineering team within Finance, that bridged the gap between finance, data, and strategy in a rapidly scaling organization.Now back at Deloitte, I help forward-looking Finance leaders modernize their departments: redesigning processes, guiding ERP and add-on tool implementations, and rethinking workforce strategies. I bring the same passion for automation I lived firsthand in industry, working with clients to shape what the future of finance could look like for their business.Along the way, I saw how much back-office work still slows companies down. That’s why I founded Delo, a Deloitte-backed AI platform reinventing the back office with digital teammates. Our first teammate is Finn, the digital accountant, an AI agent that categorizes and reconciles transactions across systems in seconds and handles the exceptions traditional automation tools can’t.
