In this role, I support Navy Federal’s enterprise-wide social media strategy—focused on YouTube and video-first platforms—to strengthen brand awareness, reputation management, and audience engagement. Responsibilities include:• Executing and maintaining social media strategies across enterprise channels, with emphasis on YouTube and emerging video platforms• Assisting in the development and implementation of long-term strategic and content plans that support corporate marketing and brand objectives• Supporting paid social media programs and performance tracking to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure compliance, consistency, and efficiency across social channels• Monitoring platform trends, identifying opportunities, and adapting content strategies to evolving algorithms and audience behaviors• Contributing to governance policies, training materials, and best-practice frameworks to guide enterprise social media use• Providing insights through social listening and analytics to inform future strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness
