I am an Associate Principal at Tstrata Strengthening Solutions, where I lead the development of practical, innovative solutions to strengthen and extend the life of existing structures. Based in Columbia, Maryland, I specialize in the evaluation, repair, and strengthening of concrete structures, with a focus on post-tensioned systems and advanced composite materials, including externally bonded and near-surface mounted FRP. My work bridges engineering, construction, and business development. I collaborate closely with operations, sales, and estimating teams to deliver practical, efficient solutions from concept through execution, always with an emphasis on constructability and project success. Prior to industry, I served as a Research Engineer at the University of Missouri – Rolla, leading projects on civil infrastructure renewal and gaining extensive experience in concrete and advanced composite systems. I continue to stay engaged with the technical community through active involvement in ACI committees, contributing to the development of guidelines for the assessment, repair, and strengthening of concrete structures. I have authored and co-authored over 60 technical publications and regularly participate in industry conferences. I am passionate about mentoring engineers, fostering collaboration, and approaching challenges with curiosity, clarity, and a practical mindset.
