I help organizations adapt their work, capabilities, and structures when change affects what people actually do day to day. My focus is on aligning roles, capabilities, tools, and expectations so that work remains clear, sustainable, and meaningful while sustaining value creation in evolving environments.My background combines economics and finance with capability building and coaching. I have worked on preparing functions for future competence needs by introducing new digital tools, supporting the rollout of new processes, and designing development initiatives that translate strategy into everyday practice.
