ABOUT NESIBE KAYA

Nesibe Kaya is a product designer with a background in industrial design from METU and a master’s degree from ITU, Turkiye. She currently works as a digital product designer, drawing from experience in both user-centered design and business strategy. Her work is shaped by a deep understanding that professional life involves navigating multiple dimensions—balancing user needs, business goals, and ethical responsibilities. The workplace has taught her about the delicate interplay between work and life, impact and intention. While aiming to create value for users, she also remains aware of the broader consequences of design—striving to avoid harm while pursuing positive outcomes. For the past two years, she has been working in Germany, enjoying the richness of collaborating across cultures and perspectives. “Design is about balance. Learning to question that balance is how I keep growing as a designer.”
