I help customers to achieve cost, technology and sourcing solution by using my 37 years of experience in manufacturing, technology and supply chain management in PCBs and custom Electro-mechanical parts, driven by my passion to equal the playing field for small and mid-size companies (compared to large companies).I did chemical engineering in 1987 and joined then the largest PCB manufacturing project coming up in india in the collaboration with PCK Technologies, USA. I then rose in rank and file and joined a technology transfer company in New Delhi and arrived to USA in 1995 as the technical director for PCBs sourced from India and China.I have audited more than 75 PCB factories in Asia – China, Taiwan, Malaysia and South Korea. I worked with more than 100 customers – OEMs as well as CMs before my company got acquired by ICAPE Group in 2023. I have helped numerous small to medium size businesses to established supply chain in Asia and helped them to bring cost savings to their companies. Companies, which have already suppliers in Asia or they are staring out off-shore sourcing can benefit by working with me and ICAPE Group. With current geopolitical situation and looming possible tariffs on electronics producs from China, all companies needs to think about China+1 supply chain strategy. ICAPE group can help implement that with its ready to use qualified sources.My passion is Indian Hindustani Classical Music. I have started learning Tabla (Indian Drums) for last 4 years and enjoying it.
