I am a driven accounting and finance professional with hands-on experience in leadership, operations, and administrative support. My career journey began in fast-paced, customer-focused environments such as Jamba and Starbucks, where I developed strong skills in team management, training, and operational efficiency. Leading teams in high-volume settings taught me how to motivate employees, streamline processes, and maintain high standards of quality and service under pressure. These experiences strengthened my problem-solving abilities and reinforced my commitment to professionalism in every aspect of work.Building on this foundation, I transitioned into administrative and accounting roles where I gained exposure to financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and record keeping. Supporting both healthcare and small teams allowed me to develop a meticulous approach to handling data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
