Hello! Thank you for coming to take a look at my profile I am so proud to call myself a Flexster! Flexcar is a startup that operates a novel, subscription-based car ownership model that is already taking off in big ways. My current position as a Member Experience Specialist is mainly focussed around delivering cars to our members, but also involves a number of various roles (and the occasional adventure) as needed. Before joining Flexcar, I developed a strong background as a customer service professional, having worked in various industries including retail banking, performing arts, and food service. I am also a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell\'s interdisciplinary Liberal Arts program, where I concentrated in Writing and Political Science. Work aside, I\'m a massive supporter of West Ham United Football Club, and a general enthusiast for global football as well. I also enjoy a wide range of music (listening, playing, and sometimes even writing), and have dabbled in hobbies such as chess, crossword construction, and trying to become the next viral social media sensation.(Haven\'t we all?)
