About Nerissa Spannos
Specialties: Prior to getting my real estate license in 1993, I worked for my family\'s construction company. This gave me an edge starting out as I was already so familiar with rehab and repair costs. I started out in Commercial Real Estate and soon opened a property management company which ended up manageing over 300 residential units for many years. In 2007 my focus shifted to listing and selling REO proeprties. I opened My own brokerage, Florida Gold Realty Corp, in 2010 and developed a team of agents that worked with investors as well as retail buyers. My company is fully staffed and funded to handle all aspects of REO.
