I’m a strategy and operations leader with 12+ years of experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and operations. I specialize in scaling products and commercial lines into sustainable growth businesses within ambiguous, fast-paced environments.At Airbnb, I spent seven years turning incubations into global businesses. As an early hire on Airbnb Experiences, I helped to build and scale the host acquisition and onboarding engine that drove 10x growth across listings and bookings, launched new categories, and designed safety vetting systems across markets. I later led strategy and go-to-market operations for Airbnb’s Monthly Stays business (~$7B GBV), owning the supply and demand strategy and driving cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.More recently, I’ve partnered with startup founders and executive teams to launch GTM playbooks, build operating rhythms, and scale under real constraints.
