ABOUT NEOLI NATALI H.

It\'s my passion to learn or better understand what motivates and creates the best environment for people to thrive. My expertise includes vendor relations, project management, data analysis, event management and procurement. I enjoy generating new ideas and being proactive about devising solutions to areas with the opportunity to optimize. My colleagues would describe me as an adaptive, helpful, resourceful individual who is reliable and ready to make it happen independently, or with my team. I\'m interested in networking opportunities with others who inspire change and who I share common interests with. I\'ve worked in many industries, on small scale to large companies. I don\'t have any fancy degrees unless you consider a Master Studies in makeup fx or an expired FAA certification a cool badge, but I offer unique insight from my many years of accomplishments and failures. I\'m a fan of kindness, authenticity and celebration of what makes us differently amazing or our common ground.I\'m an artist with a lot of creative energy mixed with intelligence and curiosity. I like to draw and work on artistic projects that range from flyers, tattoo design, to turning someone into a zombie. I\'m also autistic with adhd. In my free time I engage in diversity related groups with a focus on neurodivergent individuals, LGBT+ & people with disabilities. I\'d also like to include & bring awareness to the XXY Chromodiversity Foundation dedicated to raising positive global awareness of common genetic variations. Nice to meet you and hello.
