Create Individualized, research-based client programs-Analyze client progress and update programs as needed-Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates-Supervise RBTs in-center-Support a caseload of 6 comprehensive clients with the support of a BCBA-Develop treatment plans with a supervising Board CertifiedBehavior Analysts (BCBA)-Create client treatment plans, which include behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition plans-Conduct parent training programs-Responsible for conducting client assessments (i.e, VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLL’s, Socially Savvy, and FBA\'s)-Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed-Provide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for cases-Support staff in meeting productivity requirementsWrite performance evaluations for behavior technicians.
