In my role, I support the Founder & CEO as a key team member of the leadership team. I oversee all aspects of program execution to ensure underrepresented youth across the globe access the technical “hard” skills of finance and the “soft” skills of corporate culture to achieve beyond their present horizons, become agents of positive change and sustainable economic development.
