ABOUT NENAD LEONARD NOVAKOVIC

Throughout my work experience I\'ve learned the value of understanding the clients\' needs and working backwards to creating an approach designed to meet their requirements and exceed their expectations. I let them talk and I ask a lot of questions, I make notes and then I read it out to them to get a confirmation of their needs which builds trust as at that point they realize that I have a full understanding of their needs. I then match their needs with my solutions, I handle any objections that might be raised and I suggest a clear way forward ensuring that the understanding is mutual as well as our belief in the successful outcome. In order to build trust and long-lasting relationships it is important to think long-term and not to focus solely on the short-term results, since the customer happiness is tied to the end result. You can do as many short-term objectives, but if along the way you sacrifice the main goal everything else falls through. Taking ownership is crucial - I have always acted on behalf of the whole company and not just on behalf of myself and my team. At the end of the day we all portray the corporate image and the values it holds. What I love doing is making a complex problem simple by understanding the root cause of the issue and coming up with a simplified approach to overcome the roadblock. In order to do that I try to keep an open mind for all new ideas that might come from various sources including the Team, hence it is of utmost importance to hire, retain and develop the best talents that I can possibly get. I\'ve guided them through the process, supported them along the way and with each of the new additions to the Team I was always able to obtain new insights that led to new possibilities tied to further growth and improvements. I feel that Change Management has never been more important and I\'ve learned that there are no ideal circumstances, it\'s all about lowering the risks, making decisions and taking actions fast.I\'ve been acquiring new skills and expanding my knowledge base over the years - it is an ongoing process that will never end. I do it because with the right knowledge I can understand the data, identify an issue or an opportunity and then come up with good ideas based on calculated risks in order to raise the chances of a successful project delivery.
