Assist site superintendents in coordinating daily site activities and expediting purchases as requested.• Understanding the issues arising on site and queries requested by trades, creating RFI\'s on Procore addressing to the concerned professionals/ engineers. Tracking the status of RFI\'s using Procore.• Assist in the preparation and be responsible for the distribution of the site\'s daily logs.• Responsible for documenting and logging all inspections and reports using Procore and raising any issues to the site superintendents as they arise.• Maintaining the inspections log from reports by professionals like ESA, the City of Ottawa, Building envelope consultants, structural engineers, fire safety consultants, and others. Circulating the comments to trades and tracking their progress until rectified. • Taking minutes of weekly meetings with owner/ clients and subtrades on Procore and distributing to the concerned stakeholders.• Distribute the site instructions to various substrates and update the current drawing sets on Procore.• Performing safety walks on site and heading toolbox talks with the workers. Ensuring sufficient location of safety boards with all the necessary documents, first aid, fire extinguishers, etc. on site.• Lead the \"Worker Health & Safety\" meeting and \"Joint Health Committee\" meetings conducted once a month.• Conducting site orientation for new workers on site.
