I am a Colorado appellate attorney who practices before all Colorado state courts, the U.S. District Court for Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. I\'m also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. Court of Federal Claims.My law practice focuses on helping clients in civil appeals and complex civil cases in trial courts. I’ve spent my career fighting hard for ordinary people who have been injured in all sorts of ways, including, personal injury, product liability, class actions, police misconduct, insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith claims.
