I am pleased to announce with you that effective January 1st this year, I have taken a new position at Epiroc as President Parts and Services division North and South America, being part of the Epiroc group management team. My mission is to speed up the implementation of our regionalization strategy and ensure our organization is working side by side with our customers to deal the sustainability targets and accelerate the technological adoption of electrification, automation and digitalization. Being consistent with our company purpose which is to be a vital part of a sustainable society, my role will be continue promoting our company values and beliefs about Environmental, Society and Governance; enhancing our organizational culture and focusing on the growth of virtuous and more conscientious leaders, who are capable of following the path of our company, where everyone is welcome to an inclusive and diverse culture with a high sense of respect for human beings, our approach and the correct way of doing business.
