I don\'t write alignment theory. I write code that compiles, proofs that verify, and tests that fail when they should.The through-line of my career is failure analysis. Before transitioning to AI security, I spent seven years in behavioral health research - coordinating peer-support programs across 500+ organizations and publishing peer-reviewed work on workforce collapse in the APA Psychiatric Rehabilitation Journal.What I learned there transferred directly: complex systems - whether human service networks or multi-agent AI swarms - do not fail randomly. They drift predictably when forced to operate under pressure without adequate structural boundaries. You don\'t prevent collapse by adding guardrails to the components. You prevent it by inverting the trust boundary and engineering containers where unsafe execution is structurally impossible.That\'s what I build now.
