As the Americas Lead at the Shangrila Foundation, I actively contribute to advancing our philanthropic missions across continents through strategic leadership and innovative campaigns. My responsibilities have included & currently include-Strategic Brand Development: Spearheaded the foundation’s brand story and developed a compelling pitch deck. Ideated on the foundation\'s annual flagship events, significantly increasing our fundraising capacity and enhancing donor engagement.Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorship Acquisition: Forged valuable partnerships with high-profile corporate sponsors, enhancing our financial stability and expanding our collaborative network. These partnerships have been instrumental in supporting our initiatives and extending our community impact.Technology Access Initiative: Led a device drive aimed at improving technological access in Bhutanese monasteries. This initiative significantly increased the availability of educational resources, promoting digital literacy and enhancing learning opportunities.Internship Management: Following my successful internship tenure, I have taken on the role of Director for our internship programs. In this capacity, I am responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing interns to ensure they have a meaningful and impactful experience. My focus is on optimizing the internship process to enhance both personal and organizational growth.Through these efforts, I strive to drive sustainable growth and expand the impact of our foundation’s mission, positively affecting the lives of monastic communities in Bhutan
