I led three groups of twelve high school students on two-week outdoor adventure trips, while cultivating relationships and leadership qualities among group members. I also helped facilitate communication between Moondance headquarters and local outfitters, reporting daily logs of trip activities, logistics, and finances. My role also required me to manage medical emergencies and coordinate medical evacuations of students while ensuring rest of group stayed on schedule. In addition, I allocated and managed trip finances for all fifteen members of the group, monitoring costs to stay under allotted budget.
