ABOUT NELSON EUCEDA
I am a bioengineer and biotechnology enthusiast with a biochemistry background and a combined 4 years of work experience in R&D, tech transfer, and manufacturing operations, and 2 years experience in education. Currently, I am a chemist at Bio-Rad focused on polymer chemistry with applications in R&D and diagnostics. Previously, I have served as a Researcher at UC Berkeley\'s Clark and Conolly Labs, where I applied my skills to develop solutions for novel medical imaging tracers. I also served as a Student Recruitment Ambassador at UC Berkeley\'s Coleman Fung Institute for Engineering Leadership where I promoted the Master of Engineering program and mentored prospective students from diverse backgrounds. My core interests include the tech transfer and commercialization of benchtop ideas for microfluidic devices, biomedical technologies, and drug delivery systems. My mission is to leverage my bioengineering expertise and passion for health innovation and social impact to create positive change in the world.
