Nelson has served as a Manager at Bond New York in our Upper East Side, Midtown West, and Village office locations. He has been a member of the Top 1% Producers Club at Bond New York since 2006 and has received numerous accolades for his impressive sales performance. In addition, he has trained a large number of agents at Bond New York, and several other firms, who have gone on to have very successful careers in Real Estate. Although his primary focus is in Residential Real Estate, he has successfully closed every type of transaction and represented buyers and sellers in every borough of NYC, and Long Island! A former Broadway Actor and Concert Dancer Nelson brings the same tenacious spirit, ingenuity and creativity to Real Estate. This has translated effortlessly into hundreds of closed transactions per year and many repeat customers.
