Led electrolyte evaluation task force that optimized conductivity, pH, salt and additive concentrations for MOx anode in aqueous based battery- Conducted new electrolyte formulation screening for MOx anode in collaboration with research scientist and technician. New formulations resulted in suppression of metal dissolution and increased cycle life of single layer pouch cell-Conducted initial electrochemical testing (CV, LSV and CA) to rapidly screen through novel cathode and anode materials. Results were reported to cell engineer team for development of testing protocol-Provided technical guidance on new method development (XRF, XRD, BET SA), purchase of instrumentation and external analysis for root-cause failure analysis and product development.
