About Nelly Alba
I am a working mom to two beautiful kids. Since 2018, I have worked full-time as the Director of Recruitment & Persistence for the Youth Development Organization (YDO) supporting youth in the city of Lawrence, MA participate in after school enrichment programs. In December 2022, I started my online business as a mindset and manifestation coach. In February 2023, I launched my podcast Back to HER found on Spotify, Apple and Amazon Audible. I\'m focused on supporting moms in facing their limiting beliefs, creating HER vision and manifesting her desires. In addition, I started freelance work as a UGC bilingual creator.
