As a Certified Professional Life Coach, I help people who are ready to get their lives back after traumatic experience. my traumatic experience was a major stroke. I help with rebranding and refocusing who they are and how to move forward in life. I aso help college students and recent grads successfully navigate their transition into Adulthood. I\'m very passionate about equipping them for the new phase of life. With my \"straight, no chaser\" honest but gentle approach, they become focused, confident and more productive as they move forward to reach their life\'s goals.

   Provide career guidance and counseling for job seekers through career planning with expert advice for Capital Area NC Works • Provide case management with a focus on helping customers to prepare for employment that leads to self-sufficiency. Ensures case record documentation is current, accurate, thorough, and compliant with the law, regulations, and established policies and procedures• Help customers maintain eligibility for NC Works services by way of attendance, job search and workshop activities.• Assist customers with resumes, cover letters, interviewing, and job search techniques. • Interview customers to gather information on training needs, educational background, work experience, skills, interest, and eligibility.• Identify customers who qualify for WIOA scholarships for training and schooling and guide them through the enrollment and application process• Coordinate supportive services that may include childcare, transportation, school supplies etc, and track obligations of funds• Provide information and marketing materials for NC Works to the surrounding local towns near the Zebulon office. • Identify outside resources, programs, and other services for customers. • Work in conjunction with Job Recruiters/Business Services Team to assist customers in securing employment.
