Serve as the Senior Program Manager on a $100M IT Modernization Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) program supporting a Government client• Manage six Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M) Tasks Orders (TO) providing Software Development, Cloud Migration, Post Deployment System Support (PDSS), Project Management Office (PMO), Enterprise Architecure (EA), Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure Support services • Manage TOs’ Profit and Loss (P&L) by analyzing key drivers of task orders’ revenues and costs and making adjustments as appropriate• Develop budgets for individual TOs and forecast P&L across six TOs with multiple CLINs• Manage program’s budget and monitor program’s cost performance balancing FFP and T&M TOs with multiple CLINs • Develop semi-monthly Financial Reports for six TOs and nine individual New System Development projects • Monitor program’s Gross Contribution Margin (GCM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Net Profit (NP) making adjustments to the staffing mix as appropriate • Work with the Development teams to estimate the Level of Effort (LOE) for enhancements implementation and new systems development and prepare delivery estimates based on the LOEs • Manage geographically dispersed integrated BPA program team of 62 people that includes Full Time Employees (FTE) and five teams of subcontractors• Manage subcontractors’ relationships• Allocate resources across multiple teams to support customers’ requirements• Develop staffing plans and coordinate recruitment activities with the recruiting team• Support high-quality delivery, customer relationship management, and recruiting efforts• Review résumés and interview candidates• Manage team\'s performance including establishing goals and standards, monitoring progress, and assessing goals completion• Coordinate technical and management training to enhance personnel skills • Mentor and coach team members• Support capture management and business development efforts
