As an occupational therapist, I have found my passion lies in enabling people with disabilities to drive. Driving is essential to independent community engagement and is often a core component of an individual\'s identity. Through my clinical work I assist people to achieve their transportation goals which opens doors to employment, education, independence and social outings. With over 15 years experience in the driver rehab industry I enjoy providing education to students and professionals who wish to learn about driver rehabilitation. Areas of interest include clinical screening of cognitively impaired senior drivers; ethics, professional standards and driving assessments; cannabis use and the medically impaired driver.
