I am an alumni from Saint Mary\'s College of California. I am passionate about working in an environment that promotes respect, encourages teamwork, strives to do the greatest good, and is open for improvement. I am a self-motivated person, who is willing to face any challenges, meet new people, meet deadlines, and eager to learn new skills. My leadership and interpersonal skills allow me to communicate effectively with others. I work well on a team and on my own to complete a project. I immerse myself in an assignment to be knowledgeable and be able to educate others. I am capable of communicating effectively by drafting documents with very little background and creating a well-polished document that is easy or others to understand. My organizational skills allow me to work on multiple projects, giving each project enough attention to detail while meeting my deadlines. I am capable of collecting data from a variety of sources and compiling it into one organized document to provide insight on the project. I have experience in customer service, research, presenting, and recruiting top talent for Walmart eCommerce. I can handle difficult situations and find solutions in a logical and organized manner. I will take the lead on a project and see that it is completed to meet the guidelines. I aim to provide innovative ideas to solve problems effectively. I like to seek feedback to make sure that what I am working on is concise. I accept comments as I edit my current work, but also later for future projects.
