Transitioning from SAP APO to SAP IBP process for UK, France and Republic of Ireland.• Recently took up core project of integrating the UK model to France and Ireland and will soon make it go-live in SAP IBP and TED. I am responsible for configuring and customizing the SAP IBP system according to the Howdens requirements. This involves setting up planning models, data integration, master data, and user interfaces.• Have been involved in data integration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes which involve working with various data sources and systems to ensure accurate and timely data is available for planning activities. Having to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and production, to gather demand and supply data and inputs. Using the SAP IBP solution, I analyze historical data, market trends, and demand patterns to create accurate demand and supply plans.• Leveraging the capabilities of SAP IBP, I develop forecasting models and perform predictive analytics to generate demand forecasts, inventory projections, and production plans. This involves analyzing historical data, applying statistical models, and incorporating business intelligence to improve accuracy.• I also create reports and dashboards using SAP IBP\'s reporting and visualization tools to provide insights into KPI\'s, planning accuracy, and supply chain performance. These reports help stakeholders make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.• I also provide support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve any techno-functional problems that may arise. This includes identifying and implementing system enhancements or bug fixes.• I am also responsible for training end-users on how to effectively use the SAP IBP system and its functionalities.• Additionally, I have created documentation, like user guides & standard operating procedures, to ensure proper system usage and knowledge transfer.
