ABOUT NEIL WILLIAMS

Experienced and dynamic London Market transformation specialist with 40 years experience of all aspects of the Lloyd\'s and London Market. Moved to MS Amlin from Lloyd’s in 2022 to head up their Business Architecture & Analysis function.Previously worked as the Enterprise Business Architect for The Future At Lloyd’s Blueprint 2, aligning business designs with the new DXC JV plans for a seamless integration between digital front and back office processes.Neil was also the architectural brains behind the LM TOM, and a key member of the TOM Strategic Design Authority.In addition, Neil was the sole Business Architect for Lloyd\'s Brexit Programme, responsible for creating the Business Designs to support Lloyd\'s Insurance Company SA in Brussels.Passionate about modernising the entire LM arena, having co-created the Genesis data capture service with DXC whilst still at Hiscox.Previously a project manager at Hiscox, being a PRINCE2 Practitioner and fully trained as an Agile Scrum Master with 2 very successful Agile programmes already under his belt.Also worked for Hiscox as a Business Analyst and BA Team Leader, mainly working on the Open Box+ underwriting system with Agency Port.Before joining Hiscox in 2007, worked for Xchanging in a number of change roles and before that within the Compliance, Tax and Regulatory Dept supporting Lloyd\'s licenses.Previous to Xchanging, worked for the LPSO as a Team Leader before working on projects. Fully trained Marine Policy wordings technician.Worked for a small Marine broker for a number of years as a Closing Technician, gaining valuable experience on the \'other side of the fence’.
