I am a commercially focused; Collections and Recoveries, Compliance, Finance, Risk (Operational) and Specialist Lending executive and an FCA approved individual with over 25 years’ experience gained working across all recognised business sectors. I have a track record of excellence in; operational delivery, business re-engineering sales (new business and relationship management) and outsourcing of key processes for ‘Blue Chip’ clients globally. I have had extensive exposure to the demands of working in highly competitive and regulated environments,(e.g. Banking, Government and Utilities) with an excellent knowledge of compliance, regulatory, legislative and risk requirements in the UK and Ireland, together with a working knowledge of compliance, regulatory, legislative and risk requirements in the debt management sector in Australia and New Zealand.
