Assist supervising attorneys by managing and performing legal review of marketing materials, including advertising, consumer/trade, product promotional materials, sweepstakes and contests promotions and related contracts for Nestlé USA. Member of the Nestlé USA legal department. Coordinate legal review with marketing, social media and public relations managers, and agency personnel developing advertising, public relations materials and promotions for Nestlé USA brands. Work with clients to help them to meet their marketing objectives within legal requirements and Nestlé policies. Coordinate and facilitate review of advertising, marketing and promotions materials to ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements. Consult with supervising attorneys to identify potential risks, and communicate with clients to provide risk assessments on issues identified. Review and analyze advertising, social media, marketing materials, consumer promotions (i.e. sweepstakes/contests, coupons, rebates, etc.) for legal compliance and clarity, including conceptual analysis of promotion, drafting and review of Official Rules. Conduct necessary legal and/or business research and provide timely and relevant information and responses to legal inquiries. Manage legal review process and coordinate risk assessments of advertising and promotional campaigns. Responsible for efficient and organized flow of work. Providing assistance to supervising attorneys in drafting and reviewing marketing related contracts as well as maintaining legal contracts library.
