Support platform and preclinical development gene therapy programs by performing AAV vector characterization assays including genome titer by ddPCR, genome integrity by 2D-ddPCR, empty/full particle analysis by mass photometry, endotoxin assay and cell-based potency assay- Design Primer/Probe sets for PCR-based assays- Conduct flow cytometry to analyze fluorescence in mammalian cell lines to assess transduction efficiency- Perform Tissue Homogenization, RNA/DNA extraction from mouse and non-human primate tissue samples using Kingfisher (automated) and Qiagen (manual) extraction kits and perform RT-qPCR- Make a working bank of human cell line from a master bank for use in potency assays- Proficient in aseptic technique for cell culture; experience in cell thawing, maintenance, and passaging- Analyze, track, and trend data to monitor assay performance and ensure consistency- Maintain electronic laboratory notebook and present updates to sub team- Analyze data using Microsoft Office, GraphPad Prism, and molecular biology software such as SnapGene.
