Responsible for developing and updating the company’s product and platform strategy, roadmap and financial success. Maintain close working relationships with the CTO, Chief Architect, marketing, sales and technical support teams. Identify new markets and tactics for reaching them. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and DevOps Tools. Managed team of 2 professionals with $600K OpEx budget. • Developed ITCnet® Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) product roadmap: Meteorcomm’s next-gen wireless communications platform strategy, including Data Analytics-as-a-Service, ITCnet® Validation-as-a-Service and ITCnet® Test Lab-as-a-Service. Impact: Moved the company from primarily product-based to a PaaS model with increased recurring monthly subscription revenue • Created Meteorcomm’s Partner Ecosystem marketing and development strategy. Partnered with Princeton Consultants for the first end-to-end integrated ITCnet® industry solution • Co-Produced ITCview Asset Manager and Data Analytics Manager product roadmaps and secured $5M funding from owner consortium. It’s Meteorcomm’s next-generation network monitoring system (NMS) for managing ITCnet® radios and other Positive Train Control (PTC) endpoints and remote assets. Impact: Will enable real-time monitoring and analysis of health and movement of trains to improve safety, system-wide velocity and operating efficiencies
