ABOUT NEIL BOSE
I am a brand engineer who helps organizations grow by designing and operating the systems behind strong brands.Over the past decade, I’ve worked across innovation, product development market research, and brand strategy, helping teams move from intuition-led decisions to evidence-based brand building. My work sits at the intersection of brand health, consumer and market insights, UX and CX strategy, and performance measurement. I specialize in turning complex data into clear decisions and building brand measurement frameworks that connect experience, behavior, media investment, and business outcomes. How I Can Help : 1) Brand Health & Measurement Systems : Designing brand health frameworks that link awareness, mental availability, trust, CX signals, and loyalty to business performance. This includes brand tracking, driver analysis, and integration with media and channel effectiveness.2) UX, CX, and BX Integration : Bringing together user research, customer experience metrics, and brand strategy to ensure what a brand promises aligns with what people actually experience.3) Market & Behavioral Insights for Brand Strategy : Applying mixed-methods research and behavioral science to understand why people choose, stay, or switch, and translating those insights into clear marketing and brand decisions.4) Systems Thinking & Process Improvement : Building scalable insight systems, improving decision workflows, and using structured methods, including AI-enabled analysis, to increase speed, clarity, and impact across teams. I’ve partnered with global and regional teams across consumer goods, financial services, public sector, retail, energy, and e-commerce. Across these environments, my role has often been to connect the dots between what people experience, how brands show up, and where organizations invest.Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering with non-profit organizations, practicing street and landscape photography, writing poetry, and exploring practical philosophy.
